Connect outside through knowledge and adventure

As the creator, owner and operator of Flexpeditions, Amy Flexman aims to share her extensive personal experience and passion for outdoor adventure with visitors to Revelstoke and locals alike. She brings genuine enthusiasm and a wealth of first-hand knowledge to the programs she delivers, leaving guests inspired and reconnected with themselves and the spaces they inhabit.

Amy comes by her thirst for living life outdoors quite honestly; thanks to incredible parents, her childhood was jam packed with adventure, exploration, mystery road trips and the lesson that patience, respect, kindness and courage can go a long way in this world. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences and a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from Queen’s University, as well as a Bachelor of Education from Nipissing University. An early career spent travelling the world for more than a decade teaching and guiding expeditions of all sorts gave her the hard skills needed to run successful programs paddling whitewater, rock climbing, hiking, ski touring, dog sledding and just about everything in between. From certification course and short, introductory lessons to multi-sport camps, wellness weekends and week long expeditions, Amy wants to bring her world to the world around her.

This is her dream, and she’s living it.
