Revelstoke has a number of stunningly beautiful areas to explore on the water!
Let our guide teach you the basics of canoeing and take you to places the average tourist will not find on their own. We provide all the gear and the shuttle, so exploring the Revelstoke area by canoe is as simple as the views are stunning.
We offer daily tours, half day, evening, and 2-5 day expeditions paddling on the Columbia River.
No previous experience is necessary. Join us for a full day or half a day session.
If you would prefer a shorter session, our rates are $25 per hour. Lunch is an additional $15. It includes a tasty wrap, a snack, and a drink. Please specify on the booking your dietary requirements.
24-hours notice minimum needed to guarantee activity spot. Last minute requests may be accommodated based upon guide availability.
Columbia River Day Trip Tour
This tour begins in Revelstoke and will take you down part of the Columbia River. You will very likely see bald eagles and other wildlife on the shores amongst the snowcapped mountain peaks and glaciers. You may even catch a glimpse of a bear!
Columbia River Waterfall Experience
In this tour on the Columbia River, we will explore waterfalls along the way and enjoy lunch and an après paddle beverage. This tour has been our most popular summer package.

What are we going to learn and do?
You will learn the basic strokes for canoeing or improve on those skills you already know through experience during your paddle on the river. We'll be on flatwater unless you would like to explore some whitewater (please ask when booking). You'll enjoy the breathtaking scenery and have a great time out on the water.
What if I just want to rent a canoe and go on my own tour?
We offer canoe rentals for the self-explorers amongst you, go here for rental information.
We also offer short distance canoe drop-offs.
What do I need to wear and bring?
We provide all the equipment you will need for canoeing, but we recommend that you bring:
- Bathing suit
- Sun shirt/warm layer/rain jacket (weather dependent)
- Water shoes or shoes that you don't mind getting wet
- Pack for the weather: sunglasses, sun hat, rain jacket
- Bring your own lunch or let us cater for you for $15
