Enjoy a long weekend in Revelstoke and go paddling, biking, climbing, hiking, yoga, and connecting in nature!
Combine your choice of outdoor activities, wellness treatments, and health chats throughout the weekend while soaking in the pure beauty of the great outdoors and feasting on local, delicious meals made with love!
$695 (+tax) for the weekend includes fully catered meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and all sessions.
We hold our Wellness Retreats four times a year according to the seasons. The outdoor activities you do are dependent on the time of the year.
In Winter you will be skiing/snowboarding and in Spring, Summer, and Fall you might be rock climbing, canoeing, float rafting, whitewater rafting, whitewater kayaking, hiking, outdoor art sessions, or mountain biking.

Late afternoon/evening start with an option of a wellness treatment or outdoor activity add-on during in the afternoon.

7pm – local dinner, dessert, and empowering speaker
9pm – local music, jam, stitch n’ bitch, hang out session
8am – yoga and mindfulness
9am – breakfast spread
9:30am – 3hr AM outdoor activity session or wellness treatments
1pm – outdoor lunch cookout and final wrap up
3pm – departure or final 1hr interpretative hike
4pm – final farewell
Each session is 3 hours or a full day in duration.

Float Rafting – down the beautiful, historic and majestic Columbia River with our knowledgeable guides
Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) – clinics, tours, rentals, yoga & fitness
Forage/Hike – look for mushrooms, ID local plants, hike in the Revelstoke wilderness, enjoy a guided trail hike with a knowledgeable local outdoor guru & guide
Choose up to 3 outdoor activity & wellness therapy choices combined – usually people do 2–3 outdoor activities and 1 – 2 wellness treatments over the course of the weekend. There are 3 total activities included, so please either pick 2 activity and 1 wellness treatments or any combo you prefer. Also please specify if you would like to add on an extra treatment, etc.

Please choose your top 2 or 3 even if you only want one treatment included because we will try to get you your first choice, but sometimes, based on availability, will have to give your 2nd or 3rd choice.
We endeavour to provide as many organic ingredients as possible.

Breakfasts – Fresh fruits, yogurt and granola, cheeses and fresh breads, house jams, eggs on-demand and smoothies. Healthy Waffles or pancakes with fruit or nut butter.
Bagged Lunches – Wraps, granola bars or house energy bars/balls, fruit, banana bread, nuts.
Fondue Cheese and Chocolate Après
Dinner – Salmon with Pea Risotto and Salad; handmade Gnocchi and roasted veg; Roasted Chicken with fresh pasta and salad.
Dessert – Mini lemon and blueberry pancakes; chocolate lava cakes with raspberry coulis; pear reduction with chocolate gelato and crumble.
Menu items are subject to seasonal availability of ingredients.
